Agreed. Downtown is sad. K-Town apartment buildings have quietly become toxic buildings en masse with black mold and vermin infestation. Original Chinatown is a ghost town. Fortunately the Brewery Art Lofts are still thriving as are outlying areas like Eagle Rock and Frogtown.
