Bob's Big Boy in Burbank survived as did Norm's on La Cienega. Johnie's Coffee Shop on Fairfax & Wilshire is still standing but they've been closed for years. (They were Bernie Sanders headquarters in 2016.) Pann's on La Tijera near LAX is still open. I think Mel's Diner in the Valley was torn down.
