The Upside of Migraine Headaches

Migraines make you feel disoriented as if you’re not yourself.

I suffer from migraine headaches. Bad ones. Sometimes I wake up with them. Sometimes they hit me in the middle of the day. Most times I don’t see them coming. When they arrive they can last for hours. Or in the worst case days.
